The miscellany journal entries will come together with careful mining and meaningful treasure will emerge

I primarily do miscellany journal, meaning a little if this and that.

It takes time to work through and process things.

It also takes time to see the patterns of g w God is working and hear what He is saying in its fullness.

Nothing about the faith is quick. Things take time. We must not forget this or overlook this hard fact.

With journaling, it is even more so.

The reason why people oftentimes do not stick with journaling is they look at the short, choppy, seemingly meaningless journaling that is done this day, week, and month. It seems nonsensical and pointless since it is all over the place and so choppy. This can be frustrating.

However, with review, reflection, looking back, searching for patterns, looking for things that repeat, hunting for things that are meaningful... With careful and intentional mining of these things... the real treasure will be found and will emerge.

The same goes with this blog journal.

Within each journal entry, there are treasure this day, this entry. But with each subsequent blog journal entry, with adding more, the expensive and rare jewels will be exposed and can be mined.

As you read this journal, dig for the treasure from each journal entry. And know the short, seemingly scattered thoughts, will be brought together in time and a very special gem will emerge. It just takes some time, pressure, and attention to bring about the deeper and more meaningful true value.
